This set features the Seal mother dressed in a sailor's outfit and a boat fitted with paddle wheels. It comes with accessories including small boats that babies can ride in, a swimming ring, a cool box and apple juice. The main boat and two small boats can be connected. It features a gimmick where the driver's seat turns into a slide. The apple juice can fit inside the cool box. Babies can wear the swimming ring. The two small boats and swimming ring can be stored on the bow of the boat.

It can connect to the Classic Family Car and Family Picnic Van (each sold separately) using the connecting part. The boat can be placed on the roof rack of the Family Picnic Van (sold separately).
